There are a few steps you can easily follow to update your Zimbra Account incoming and outgoing server in iPhone device. This tutorial will show you how to update your account:
- Go to “Setting”.
- Tap on “Passwords & Accounts”.
Case 1:
You configured your email as an “Exchange”:
- Tap on “Exchange”.
- Select your Zimbra account to update.
- In the “Server” field replace the existing server with your new server’s name.
- Tap “Done“.
- Tab “Done” again.
If the check completed successfully you will be redirected to your email.
Congratulations you have successfully update your Zimbra account settings.
Case 2:
You configured your email as an “IMAP/POP3” account:
- Select your Zimbra account to update.
- In “Host Name” replace the existing incoming server with your new server’s name.
- Tab on “SMTP” under “Outgoing Mail Server”.
- Tab on your primary server.
- In the “Host Name” field replace the existing server name with your new server’s name.
- Tap “Done“.
- Tab “Done” again.
If the check completed successfully you will be redirected to your email.
Congratulations you have successfully changed your Zimbra account settings.
