How can I change incoming and outgoing server for Zimbra in Outlook 2010/2013/2016?

There are a few steps you can easily follow to update your Zimbra Account incoming and outgoing server in Outlook 2010/2013/2016. This tutorial will show you how to update your account:

Step One:

  1. Go to “File” menu and choose Account Settings.

Step Two:

  1. On “Email” tab, click on your Zimbra account and click “Change”.

Step Three:

  1. In the “Internet E-mail Settingswindow replace the existing incoming and outgoing mail servers with your new server’s name.

  2. Test the changes you have made by clicking on “Test Account Setting”.
    1. If your test completed successfully:
      1. Click “Next”.
      2. Click “Finish”.
    2. If you got an error message:
      1. Take screenshots of your settings and the error message you get.
