When can I renew my services?
Renewing service is a routine process, it’s done either by contact the sales department or when an invoice is generated. The invoice will be generated automatically within 60 days before expiry date, and you will be able to view them to renew services and packages.
You can renew your services and packages by following these steps:
- Login to your Client Area account, then click on Billing > My Invoices.
You will be notified of any overdue invoices or domains expiring in the home page of your client area so you can easily check them.
- Next, you will find your unpaid invoices and due dates. You can choose the service you want to renew by clicking on its name and pay the associated invoice. In case you want to renew all your services, click on Mass Payment and complete the payment process.
In case your payment method is not supported online, please contact our sales department or visit our office.
