1.Open Microsoft Outlook 2013.
2.Select the File menu and choose Info.
3.Click the Add Account button.
4.Choose Manual setup or additional server types.
6.Choose POP or IMAP.
8.On the “POP and IMAP Account Settings” page, enter your account settings:
Your Name : enter your name as you want it to appear on your outbound email messages.
Email Address: enter your complete email address.
Account Type : IMAP.
Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com.
Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com.
User Name : enter your complete email address.
Password : enter your email password .
9.Click the More Settings button.
10.Click the Outgoing Server tab.
11.Select the option “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” .
12.Make sure that it is using the same settings as your incoming mail server.
13.If you’re using POP3 and you want to keep a copy of your messages on the server, under Delivery, Click the Advanced tab and select Leave a copy of messages on the server. If you don’t select this option, all messages will be removed from the server and stored locally on your computer.
16.If you’ve entered everything correctly, both tasks will be completed successfully and you can close the window and again click Next.
17.Click the Finish button.
18.Outlook 2013 is now correctly configured to send and receive emails.
