Sucuri Firewall Plugin Activation
Sucuri Firewall is Web Application Firewall. It virtually patches your site and stops attacks before they even happen.
If you have Sucuri Firewall activated on your account, you can add it to your Sucuri Security Plugin. Once enabled, you can edit some settings, clear your site’s cache and check your logs in your WordPress dashboard.
Installing the plugin is easy, just follow these steps:
- Access the WordPress repository by going to Plugin -> Add New on the left side of the dashboard.
- Search for Sucuri in the repository.
- Click Activate
- Generate your API Key
If the website and admin email address is not correct in the API Key Generator (blue button), then you have to fix it manually from the WordPress general settings page.
If the domain name and email address are valid, the API service will generate the key. The plugin will store the key in your database, and you will receive a confirmation message regarding the success of the operation. Also, a copy of the API key is sent to the email address shown on the big blue button.
If you didn’t receive the API key please contact us at email@example.com
