How to open a ticket

You can open a ticket to our teams through your Client Area account as follow:

  • Log in your account in the Client Area at: Click here

  • Enter your email address and password.

  • Click on Open Ticket in the left of the page.

  • Choose which team you would like to contact with.

  • Enter a subject name and its priority and the domain that related with the subject.
  • Enter the text message.open ticket3
  • You can add an attachments with the ticket then click Submit.

The ticket is assigned now to our team and they will reply as soon as they received.
