Terms of Service for LS Central

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LS Central (the “App”), operated by Libyan Spider (“Libyan Spider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LS Central

LS Central is Libyan Spider’s mobile application that allows clients to access and manage certain services provided by Libyan Spider, including, where applicable:

  • Hosting services
  • Domain-related services
  • Billing and invoices
  • Support tickets and service requests
  • Account and service information
  • Notifications related to services and account activity

The App is provided as a convenience tool and may not include every feature available through the web-based client area.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of a company or organization that holds an account with Libyan Spider

If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Access and Security

To use LS Central, you may need an existing client account with Libyan Spider.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Restricting access to your device
  • Ensuring that information in your account remains accurate and up to date
  • Promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your account

You remain responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by our proven fault.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate our rights, the rights of others, or any applicable laws, regulations, or service policies.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, systems, or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App
  • Use the App to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful requests
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the App except as allowed by law
  • Use the App in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

5. Services and Service Information

The App may display information related to your services, such as service status, invoices, tickets, renewals, or technical details. While we aim to keep this information accurate and updated, temporary delays, sync issues, maintenance windows, or technical errors may occur.

The information shown in the App is for operational convenience and does not replace official contractual documents, invoices, policy notices, or service communications issued by Libyan Spider.

6. Support and Communications

By using the App, you agree that Libyan Spider may send service-related communications through the App, by email, SMS, phone, push notification, or other approved contact methods, where relevant.

These communications may include:

  • Login and security alerts
  • Service notices
  • Renewal and invoice reminders
  • Ticket updates
  • Maintenance or incident notifications
  • Policy or account notices

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide links to third-party systems, gateways, registries, app stores, payment providers, notification services, maps, analytics tools, or support tools. We are not responsible for the independent content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, branding, graphics, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Libyan Spider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely for your internal business or personal use in connection with your services with Libyan Spider.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
  • Your account or services are suspended or terminated
  • We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or registry/provider requirements
  • It is reasonably necessary to protect our systems, clients, or business

You may stop using the App at any time. Termination of App access does not cancel your obligations under any separate service agreement or unpaid invoice.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libyan Spider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, specifically for use of the App in the twelve months before the claim, or if no such amount was paid, a reasonable nominal amount permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data in connection with LS Central.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Libya / insert preferred jurisdiction], unless another mandatory law applies.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Tripoli, Libya / insert preferred forum], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
