Social Media Specialist

We seek a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, analytics, and community management to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, posting, and monitoring interactions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels regarding tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Content Creation & Engagement
- Collaborate with designers and creators to produce engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blog posts, etc.).
- Write compelling captions, articles, and promotional materials to boost engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and create timely, relevant content that resonates with the audience.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and on time to enhance community engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to refine social media strategies.
- Leverage A/B testing and campaign analytics to refine content and ad strategies.
Advertising & Growth Strategies
- Planned and executed paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and attract targeted audiences.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the tech or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- Contract duration: Fixed-Term Appointment (FTA).
- Working hours: 7 hours daily, including lunch / 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Probation period: 1-3 Months.
- Salary/benefits: This position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Duty station: Tripoli.
