Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our marketing team and enrich our websites with engaging blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, utilizing online sources, interviews, and studies.
- Write clear, compelling marketing copy to promote our services.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the company website
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Conduct pure keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Promote content on social media.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
- Update website content as needed.
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather insights and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of published content using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on content effectiveness.
- Continuously update and optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and content best practices to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
- Develop and manage content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across various channels.
- Ensure all content complies with legal standards and company policies, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Experience is doing research using multiple sources.
- To be familiar with web publications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- IT background or experience in the technology sector is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with the company's brand image.
- BSc, in Marketing, IT, English, Journalism or a related field.

Additional Information
- Contract duration: Fixed-Term Appointment (FTA).
- Working hours: 7 hours daily, including lunch / 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Probation period: 1-3 Months.
- Location: Tripoli, Libya. On-Site.
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
